We are seeking a dynamic and empathetic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts. This role is crucial for connecting with individuals and families on their fertility journey, building trust in the Incinta brand, and driving growth. The ideal candidate is not only a skilled marketer but also possesses the cultural sensitivity and communication skills to effectively engage with our diverse community, including a significant Chinese-speaking patient population.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop & Execute Strategy: Create and implement a comprehensive marketing plan that increases brand awareness, patient acquisition, and community engagement.
- Digital Marketing Leadership: Manage all digital channels, including SEO/SEM, social media (WeChat, Facebook, Instagram, etc.), email marketing, and the company website. Create content that is both informative and sensitive to the patient journey.
- Content Creation & Localization: Develop compelling marketing materials (blogs, videos, patient stories).
- Community & Partnership Building: Build and maintain relationships with key community partners, OB/GYNs, and influencers within both the general and Chinese-speaking communities.
- Event Management: Plan and execute educational webinars, seminars, and community outreach events.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and report on ROI to optimize marketing strategies.
- Brand Stewardship: Ensure all marketing communications reflect our core values of compassion, excellence, and integrity.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a marketing management role.
- Strong preference for fluency in both English and Mandarin
- Proven experience developing and executing successful multi-channel marketing strategies.
- Experience with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta) and SEO/SEM.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex medical information in a clear, empathetic, and hopeful manner.
- Experience in the healthcare, wellness, or fertility sector is a significant plus
