The Marketing Manager will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and overseeing marketing campaigns to promote the academy’s programs, increase admissions, and enhance the brand’s visibility. This role demands creativity, strong communication, and a deep understanding of both digital and offline marketing for the education sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing plans to achieve monthly admission targets.
  • Design and execute digital marketing campaigns (social media, Google Ads, SEO, email, WhatsApp, etc.).
  • Plan and manage offline activities such as seminars, school/college tie-ups, flyers, banners, and local promotions.
  • Coordinate with design and content teams for ad creatives, videos, and promotional materials.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance to optimize ROI.
  • Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, and education consultants for lead generation.
  • Collaborate with the counseling and admissions team to convert leads into enrollments.
  • Handle event marketing – orientation programs, job fairs, and campus branding events.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports for management review.
  • Stay updated on current trends in aviation education and marketing innovations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
