Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign management: Design, manage, and evaluate marketing campaigns across digital, content, paid media, and social platforms. This also includes organizing promotional events.
  • Budget and resource management: Oversee the marketing department's budget, plan resources, and ensure campaigns are cost-efficient.
  • Team leadership: Lead a team of marketing professionals, or coordinate with agencies, and collaborate with senior management to align on goals.
  • Data analysis: Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and campaign performance to make data-driven decisions and optimize strategies.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as sales, product development, and public relations, to ensure a cohesive message and strategy.
