MFP is a leader in the fluid power industry specializing in hydraulics, pneumatics, automatic

lubrication systems, and electrical automation. Our approach to the market is from a

technical, problem-solving aspect to best meet our customers’ needs. Educating our

customers about the advancements in automation technology has become the underlying

theme for MFP Automation Engineering and continues to be a source of growth for our

company. MFP is looking to hire a dedicated individual to join our team as our Marketing

Manager.

Title: Marketing Manager

Status: Full Time exempt/non-exempt

Department: Marketing

Reports to: Executive Team

Purpose of the Position: MFP is seeking a Marketing Manager with experience in being a strategist, storyteller, and data analyst — someone who loves learning how things work, speaks the language of engineers, and uses digital tools to turn engagement into leads. You will collaborate closely with our leadership, sales, and engineering teams to build campaigns that drive measurable sales growth and expand market share across automation, hydraulics, and motion control sectors. The Marketing Manager will be responsible through a marketing strategy to guide sales growth, enhance customer engagement, and increase MFP’s brand awareness. You will be required to integrate digital marketing, customer analytics, and internal collaboration with a technology focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Lead the organization’s marketing strategy that aligns with our business strategy.
  • Oversee all aspects of branding, competitive analysis, and market segmentation.
  • Build strong calls-to-action and monitor customer engagement from clicks to closed sales.
  • Direct the scalability of marketing operations for a fast-paced and growing organization. Content Creation & Communications
  • Turn complex engineering projects into compelling visuals, stories, and case studies.
  • Manage website and perform regular updates, highlight new product launches, planned video production, and social campaigns that strengthen brand visibility and credibility.
  • Collaborate with our engineering team to ensure MFP’s marketing reflects its technical excellence and problem-solving.
  • Leverage data analytics and market research to partner with operational & sales teams to align marketing with customer’s needs

Brand Development, Partnerships & Events

  • Maintain consistent brand standards across digital, print, and environmental assets.
  • Identify and develop strategic relationships to expand brand reach with vendors, advertisements and public relations.
  • Oversee all planning and execution of industry events, sponsorship opportunities, and company endorsed activities.

Lead Generation & Campaign Strategy

  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns through SEO, SEM, email, and social media that generate qualified leads and measurable ROI.
  • Leverage technology in all aspects of marketing strategy to improve customer retention and new customer conversion rates.
  • Monitor customer engagement, track campaign performance, and utilize that data to refine and guide future decision making strategies.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to optimize the CRM system for more effective lead management and customer engagement

Technology & AI

  • Champion the utilization of marketing technology across all platforms to enhance strategy performance, improve standardized outcomes, and advance customer experiences.
  • Partner with intercompany departments to integrate marketing technology with other business platforms (ERP, ecommerce, website).
  • Evaluate and integrate AI tools into marketing platforms to increase productivity and customer interaction while ensuring ethical and compliant approaches to remain consistent with our customer’s trust.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 10+ years of progressive marketing or business experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role with involvement in developing an organization’s marketing strategy.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field with progressive experience.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, brand strategy, and customer lifecycle management.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with all marketing technologies (CRM, SEO, SEM, automation, analytics and AI).
  • Exceptional communication skills, strong leadership and management abilities, and a drive to make a difference.

Base Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
