  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies targeting key customer segments and industries.
  • Manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, trade shows, and other promotional channels.
  • Partner with product teams to translate product advantages into compelling marketing messages and collateral.
  • Analyze market trends, customer data, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Oversee company website and product guide content to ensure accuracy, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Manage social media channels: create content, monitor engagement, and respond to customer feedback.
  • Coordinate trade show and conference participation, including logistics, booth design, and collateral materials.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to create sales support tools such as brochures, presentations, and product catalogs.
  • Track, analyze, and report on marketing metrics (SEO, conversion rates, campaign ROI, etc.).
  • Stay current with industry trends and adopt innovative marketing strategies and tools.
  • Provide clear direction and resources to foster team autonomy and accountability.
  • Build collaborative relationships across departments to align goals and strategies.
  • Hire, develop, and mentor team members, promoting professional growth and performance.
  • Adapt quickly to organizational changes and lead teams toward new goals and initiatives.
  • Maintain a culture of ownership, feedback, and continuous improvement.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of marketing leadership experience with supervisory responsibilities.
  • Strong digital marketing background (SEO, SEM, social media, marketing automation).
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and CRM systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
