Position Overview

The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing the company’s marketing and digital growth strategy across real estate, mining & trade segments. This role combines strategic brand positioning and business planning, data-driven digital marketing, and hands-on campaign management to drive awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have a proven record of delivering impactful marketing programs in the GCC, leveraging local insights, social media dynamics, and cross-channel integration to achieve business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the marketing team to ensure effective execution of strategies and achievement of business goals.
  • Develop and implement integrated marketing and communication strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
  • Strengthen brand positioning and ensure consistent identity across all business sectors and channels.
  • Oversee all digital marketing activities, including SEO/SEM, paid campaigns, and overall online performance.
  • Direct social media strategy, content creation, and influencer collaborations to enhance audience engagement.
  • Drive customer acquisition and retention through data-driven marketing, email campaigns, and loyalty programs.
  • Collaborate with management to identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and growth initiatives.
  • Support sales and business development teams with marketing tools, materials, and promotional campaigns.
  • Manage marketing budgets, monitor KPIs and ROI, and present performance reports to senior management.
  • Negotiate with vendors, media, and service providers to optimize marketing spend and effectiveness.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Digital Media.
  • 7–10 years of progressive marketing experience, preferably in the UAE, with exposure to real estate, development, or trade.
  • Proven track record in digital marketing and brand strategy with measurable results.
  • Strong knowledge of digital platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn Ads, Shopify/WooCommerce), CRM systems, and marketing automation tools.
  • Excellent understanding of UAE consumer behavior, multicultural communication, and regional media landscape.
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic proficiency is a strong plus.
