Overview
We are a growing provider of high-quality water purification equipment, serving both residential and commercial customers. We are looking for a proactive, driven Marketing Manager who can generate steady, qualified leads from local businesses and online platforms.
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing lead-generation strategies- both in person and online. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, confident, creative, and motivated to build relationships that drive sales.
Key responsibilities
· Build, lead and grow our event and community marketing, Home Shows, weekend events, Chamber of Commerce.
· Build partnerships with local businesses such as hardware stores (e.g. Ace Hardware) and similar retailers.
· Conduct regular in-person outreach to local businesses to promote our products and services.
· Create and manage online lead- generation campaigns through Facebook, YouTube, Google and other digital platforms.
· Develop marketing content, including ads, videos, posts, and landing pages.
· Track, analyze, and report on lead performance and campaign effectiveness.
· Collaborate with sales teams to ensure high quality leads and consistent follow-up.
· Maintain an organized marketing calendar and manage marketing budget efficiently.
Qualifications
· Some marketing experience required (digital or field marketing preferred).
· Strong understanding of social media Marketing and online advertising.
· Comfortable with in-person outreach and building new business relationships.
· Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational skills.
