Summary
The Marketing Manager will drive the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and support business growth. This role oversees marketing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional channels, manages the marketing team, and collaborates cross-functionally to align marketing efforts with company objectives. The ideal candidate combines creativity, data-driven decision-making, and strong leadership to deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Growth
- Drive AVTECH’s growth by developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy and annual campaign calendar.
- Translate market insights and campaign analytics into actionable strategies that uncover new customers, markets, and revenue opportunities.
- Partner with Product and Sales teams to launch new products and features with strategic go-to-market plans that accelerate adoption and revenue.
- Deliver executive insights through dashboards, reports, and actionable recommendations that drive business decisions.
2. Digital Marketing & Campaign Execution
- Lead high-impact digital marketing initiatives, including paid search, SEO, social media, email automation, remarketing, and website optimization, to maximize reach and conversions.
- Manage social media and digital presence to increase engagement, drive traffic, and support lead generation.
- Leverage analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to measure performance, optimize campaigns, and deliver measurable results.
- Maximize ROI by managing budgets, agencies, and vendors with strategic oversight.
3. Content Development & Brand Management
- Craft compelling content across all channels, press releases, newsletters, case studies, videos, infographics, and product materials, that engages audiences and strengthens brand authority.
- Ensure brand consistency and maintain a strong, distinctive AVTECH voice across all communications and campaigns.
4. Events & Demand Generation
- Elevate visibility and generate qualified leads through industry events, tradeshows, and webinars.
5. Team Leadership & Development
- Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering growth, accountability, and excellence both internally and externally..
- Develop and conduct training programs to strengthen marketing capabilities and ensure team alignment with organizational goals.
6. Other Responsibilities

KPI’s & Metrics
To ensure transparency, accountability, and performance focus, success in this role will be measured by the following core KPIs:
Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) Generated
- Target: 8 MQLs per day
- Metric: Track daily lead generation and pipeline contribution; monitor lead quality and conversion potential.
Advertising Return on Ad Spend (RoAS)
- Target: Minimum 3:1
- Metric: Evaluate paid campaigns by comparing revenue generated to advertising spend; adjust campaigns for maximum ROI.
Website Organic Traffic Growth
- Target: 10% Year-over-Year (YoY) increase
- Metric: Monitor organic traffic through SEO performance, content marketing effectiveness, and referral sources.
Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
- Target: Optimize CAC while maintaining lead quality
- Metric: Track cost per acquired customer across campaigns; identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce spend.
Email Marketing Performance
- Targets: Open Rate ≥ 22%, Click-Through Rate (CTR) ≥ 4%
- Metric: Measure engagement through email campaigns; analyze subject lines, content, and send timing to improve results.
Social Media Engagement Growth
- Target: Positive YoY growth % (specific % can be defined per quarter)
- Metric: Track likes, shares, comments, and overall follower engagement; optimize social content strategy for maximum reach and interaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in small to mid-sized companies.
- 3+ years of leadership experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Strong knowledge of integrated digital marketing strategies and key performance metrics.
- Proficient with Google Ads, Analytics, SEO/SEM, HubSpot, Microsoft Clarity, or similar marketing automation platforms.
- Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and visual content creation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly across teams.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with technical, sales, and product teams.
- Analytical mindset with experience developing KPI dashboards and interpreting marketing data to inform decisions.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a results-driven approach.
