Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop the annual marketing strategy aligned with company objectives.

Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and consumer insights.

Set clear KPIs for all campaigns and initiatives.
2. Brand Management
- Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and materials.

Oversee creative content, designs, videos, brochures, and corporate materials.

Maintain and enforce brand guidelines.
3. Digital Marketing & Performance Management
- Manage paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat.

Improve SEO/SEM to increase website visibility.

Manage CRM, GTM, Pixels, and conversion tracking systems.

Generate monthly performance reports and ROI analysis.
4. Social Media & Content Management
- Develop monthly content calendars for all platforms.

Coordinate with designers and videographers to produce high-quality content.

Lead awareness, engagement, and educational campaigns.
5. Event & Campaign Execution
- Lead company events, workshops, webinars, and exhibitions.

Manage product launches, press activities, and corporate gatherings.
6. Stakeholder Coordination
- Collaborate closely with medical teams, HR, Operations, and Finance.

Manage agencies, vendors, and marketing suppliers.
7. Budget & Financial Management
- Develop and monitor the marketing budget.

Control campaign costs and ensure strong ROI.

Report budget utilization and future forecast.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Media, or related field.

5–8 years of experience (healthcare or wellness sector is an advantage).

Strong experience in digital performance marketing.

Fluent in English and Arabic.

Strong leadership and stakeholder-management skills.
