Responsibilities
- Lead marketing strategy, GTM planning, and business development alignment with commercial goals.
- Own brand identity, messaging, and thought leadership, ensuring consistency across all channels.
- Develop and execute a content strategy including blogs, white papers, case studies, and executive communications.
- Manage digital platforms (website, email, social media) and drive SEO and performance improvements.
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate demand and support revenue growth.
- Collaborate with sales to create sales enablement materials(decks, product sheets, videos).
- Oversee trade shows and events to enhance brand visibility and lead generation.
- Define and track KPIs, analyze performance metrics, and optimize budgets and marketing spend.
- Manage vendors, marketing technology stack, and cross-functional partnerships.
Qualifications
- 10+ years’ experience in integrated marketing, branding, and GTM execution.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or similar.
- Proven ability to develop content and brand storytelling across digital and social.
- Strong analytical skills with experience turning insights into strategy.
- Ability to both lead strategically and execute hands-on.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across matrixed teams.
- Experience in HVAC or related industries (preferred).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $125,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year
