Responsibilities

  • Lead marketing strategy, GTM planning, and business development alignment with commercial goals.
  • Own brand identity, messaging, and thought leadership, ensuring consistency across all channels.
  • Develop and execute a content strategy including blogs, white papers, case studies, and executive communications.
  • Manage digital platforms (website, email, social media) and drive SEO and performance improvements.
  • Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate demand and support revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with sales to create sales enablement materials(decks, product sheets, videos).
  • Oversee trade shows and events to enhance brand visibility and lead generation.
  • Define and track KPIs, analyze performance metrics, and optimize budgets and marketing spend.
  • Manage vendors, marketing technology stack, and cross-functional partnerships.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years’ experience in integrated marketing, branding, and GTM execution.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or similar.
  • Proven ability to develop content and brand storytelling across digital and social.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience turning insights into strategy.
  • Ability to both lead strategically and execute hands-on.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across matrixed teams.
  • Experience in HVAC or related industries (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $125,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year
