Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, content creation, and multichannel campaigns. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop innovative marketing strategies, oversee advertising efforts, and analyze campaign performance across various platforms. The Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand presence and expanding our market reach through data-driven decision-making and creative execution.

Duties

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies utilizing SEO, social media marketing, and multichannel marketing approaches to increase brand visibility and engagement.
  • Manage digital marketing campaigns including Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, email marketing, and performance marketing initiatives.
  • Oversee content marketing efforts, including copywriting, blog posts, and multimedia content creation using Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Coordinate advertising sales efforts across print, digital, and e-commerce platforms to maximize outreach.
  • Utilize marketing automation tools and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics to monitor campaign performance and optimize results.
  • Manage website content using WordPress and basic HTML coding to ensure website updates align with current campaigns.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights for B2B and B2C marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with product management teams to develop promotional materials that support product launches and enhancements.
  • Monitor budgets for advertising campaigns and allocate resources efficiently across channels.
  • Lead efforts in research, analysis, and reporting to inform strategic decisions in digital marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, including SEO, social media marketing, content marketing, and performance marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of advertising sales strategies across multiple channels including print advertising.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), WordPress, HTML basics, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, email marketing platforms, and marketing automation tools.
  • Demonstrated ability in B2B marketing, product management support, budgeting, and sales alignment.
  • Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling messages tailored to target audiences.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in research and data analysis to measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
