As the Marketing Manager – Americas, you will manage the national marketing strategy for one of Stokke’s priority categories (Eating, Exploring, or Sleeping), driving brand awareness, consumer desirability, and commercial performance across the United States.
You will play a pivotal role in developing and executing omnichannel marketing plans, translating insights into effective campaigns, and ensuring consistent brand storytelling across retail, digital, and experiential touchpoints. The role requires strong commercial acumen, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to collaborate seamlessly across global and local teams.
This position sits within the Americas Marketing Team and reports to the Brand Marketing Director, Americas. It is based in Stamford, CT with three days per week in the office (hybrid).
Manage the implementation of the Americas marketing strategy for your assigned product category.
Ensure alignment with global brand positioning and local commercial priorities.
Translate consumer insights, trends, and market data into clear strategies and initiatives.
Partner with global product teams to ensure the right product assortment and positioning for the U.S. market.
Develop and deploy marketing plans across all touchpoints to build equity and drive consumer engagement.
Lead the planning and execution of 360° campaigns, including new product launches and evergreen category initiatives.
Ensure cohesive brand storytelling across retail, social, digital, PR, and in-store environments.
Oversee local content development in collaboration with Global Creative and regional agencies.
Deliver high-quality campaign assets that reflect Stokke’s premium identity.
Track and evaluate all marketing initiatives using KPIs such as ROI, awareness, engagement, traffic, and conversion.
Analyse competitive activity, market dynamics, and consumer behaviour to inform ongoing planning.
Identify commercial opportunities based on category performance and retailer feedback.
Continuously refine strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness across channels.
5+ years of progressive marketing experience within premium consumer or lifestyle brands.
Demonstrated success adapting and activating global strategies in a U.S. market context.
Strong background in omnichannel marketing, including retail/trade, digital, social, PR, and advertising.
Proven experience collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, eCommerce, Operations, and Product teams.
Strong commercial acumen and ability to connect marketing activity to business outcomes.
Proficiency in Office 365, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
A proactive, independent, and purpose-driven mindset.
Comfort working in a hybrid setup with 3 days/week in the Stamford, CT office.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
