SCOPE OF JOB

Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in driving business growth by developing and executing effective marketing strategies. The role demands a mix of creative, analytical, and leadership skills, with the ability to adapt to changing market dynamics and digital trends

RESPONSIBILITY

1) Increasing brand awareness, and market share

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and market share.

2) Campaign planning and execution

  • Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, social media, email, and events.
  • Organize and manage offline marketing campaigns and events.
  • Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed based on KPIs and analytics.

3) Managing the marketing budget

  • Plan annual marketing budget along with the action plan. Allocate resources/ budget efficiently, and track the expenses.
  • Align with sales Team for the leads and understand are we receiving quality leads.

4) Conducts market research

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends.

5) Reports

  • Track the leads generate from varied sources of marketing online/ offline and measure the conversion ratio. Identify the gaps for non-conversion if any and recommend plan of action.
  • Submit monthly reports on the executions, budgets, ROI, leads and conversion.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align messaging and support revenue growth.

6) Digital Marketing and Content Creation

  • Oversee content creation, branding, and messaging across all channels.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and media partners.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of marketing professionals.

JOB SKILLS

  • Experience in FM/Hospitality/Construction.
  • Proficiency with design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite or Canva).
  • Familiarity with analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and content marketing.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Exceptional analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications.
  • Should have certification related to Marketing.
  • 6+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 4 years in a managerial role.
