Job Description – Marketing Manager

Salary Range: ₹3,00,000 – ₹6,00,000 LPA

With multiple verticals scaling rapidly, we are hiring a Marketing Manager who is strong in digital performance, AI-based marketing, and automation — to drive lead generation across all business units.

Role Overview

The Marketing Manager will lead end-to-end marketing for all Teej Group verticals. This includes lead generation , AI-powered campaigns , WhatsApp automation , brand building , and performance tracking .

The ideal candidate is creative, tech-savvy, data-driven, and capable of building marketing funnels for:

  • Fitness (B2C) – Antimatter Fitness Studio
  • Fashion (B2B) – Teej India Textiles
  • Agro/Export – Bulk buyers, distributors, international clients
Key Responsibilities 1. Lead Generation Across All Verticals
  • Run performance marketing campaigns for fitness memberships, B2B fashion buyers, and agro leads.
  • Build funnels tailored for B2C and B2B audiences.
  • Manage ads on Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and industry platforms.
2. AI-Driven Marketing & Automation
  • Use AI tools for creatives, content, copywriting, analytics, and automation.
  • Implement WhatsApp automated flows for lead nurturing, catalog sharing, follow-ups, and bookings.
  • Set up CRM automation using tools like Zapier, Make, and AI systems.
3. Digital Campaign Management
  • Execute paid ad campaigns, retargeting, email marketing, and SEO.
  • Optimize landing pages and track conversions.
  • Manage website content and marketing assets.
4. Content, Branding & Social Media
  • Plan content calendars for fitness, fashion, and agro verticals.
  • Coordinate product shoots, videos, and ad creatives.
  • Strengthen brand presence on Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and B2B portals.
5. B2B Marketing for Textiles & Agro
  • Generate global leads using Alibaba, Fibre2Fashion, Indiamart, etc.
  • Manage email outreach, drip campaigns, and client databases.
  • Support sourcing events, exhibitions, and catalog creation.
6. Analytics & Reporting
  • Track metrics like CPL, ROAS, conversions, CAC, and lead quality.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly dashboards.
  • Use data to improve creatives, targeting, and budgets.
7. Coordination
  • Work closely with sales teams across verticals to ensure lead quality and smooth handover.
  • Manage freelancers, agencies, automation partners.
  • Align strategies with management for group-wide growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 3–7 years of experience in digital/performance marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of lead generation for both B2C (fitness) and B2B (fashion/agro).
  • Expertise in AI marketing tools (GPT, Canva AI, Midjourney, ad-generation tools).
  • Experience with WhatsApp automation + CRM integration.
  • Strong with Meta & Google Ads, LinkedIn outreach, email marketing, SEO.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
