Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of digital marketing channels, content creation, and data analytics to develop comprehensive marketing strategies. This role involves managing multi-channel campaigns, overseeing advertising efforts, and leveraging marketing automation tools to optimize performance. The Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in enhancing our online presence, engaging target audiences, and supporting sales growth across various platforms.

Duties

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across digital and print channels, including SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, and print advertising.
  • Manage content marketing efforts, including copywriting, blog posts, and multimedia content creation using Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Oversee social media campaigns on platforms such as Facebook Advertising and other relevant channels to increase engagement and brand awareness.
  • Utilize marketing automation tools and analytics platforms like Google Analytics to monitor campaign performance and optimize results.
  • Coordinate B2B marketing initiatives, including product management, advertising sales, and e-commerce strategies via WordPress and HTML coding when necessary.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights to inform campaign development.
  • Manage budgets for various campaigns ensuring efficient allocation of resources across channels.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales objectives, supporting performance marketing initiatives.
  • Implement multichannel marketing campaigns that integrate digital strategies with traditional advertising methods for maximum reach.

Skills

  • Proficiency in SEO, social media marketing, digital marketing, content marketing, performance marketing, and multichannel marketing strategies.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite for content creation and design.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google AdWords (including Facebook Advertising), email marketing platforms, and marketing automation tools.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like WordPress and basic HTML coding skills.
  • Excellent research skills combined with copywriting expertise for compelling messaging.
  • Ability to analyze data effectively to inform decision-making and optimize campaigns.
  • Experience in B2B marketing, product management, budgeting, and sales support activities.
  • Strong understanding of print advertising methods alongside digital strategies for comprehensive campaign execution. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,150.08 - $60,395.79 per year
