We are in an exciting growth phase and looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead our B2B, B2C, and D2C marketing initiatives, especially focusing on new product launches and brand building in domestic and international markets. website: www.chetanfoods.com

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies for B2B, B2C, and D2C channels to increase brand awareness and market share.
  • Plan and implement new product launch campaigns - from market research to go-to-market strategy.
  • Collaborate with sales, production, and distribution teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to implement regional campaigns and promotional offers.
  • Drive in-store promotions, branding, and consumer engagement activities across retail outlets.
  • Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and distribution channels for both domestic and export markets.
  • Manage brand positioning, packaging, and promotional activities for the product portfolio.
  • Track and analyze marketing ROI, campaign performance, and consumer insights.
  • Manage marketing budgets effectively and ensure cost optimization.
  • Supervise external agencies, creative partners, and digital teams for campaign execution.
  • Build and nurture relationships with retailers, distributors, and online platforms for product visibility and sales growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • MBA/PGDM in Marketing or equivalent qualification.
  • 5–10 years of experience in FMCG/Food & Beverages, preferably Spices or related categories.
  • Proven track record in B2B, B2C, and D2C marketing, especially in startup environments or new brand launches.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and team leadership skills.
  • Creative thinker with strong business acumen and execution skills.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in launching new food or FMCG brands from scratch.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, BigBasket, etc.).
  • Experience in channel marketing and trade promotions.
