Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for B2B, B2C, and D2C channels to increase brand awareness and market share.

Plan and implement new product launch campaigns - from market research to go-to-market strategy.

Collaborate with sales, production, and distribution teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.

Coordinate with the sales team to implement regional campaigns and promotional offers.

Drive in-store promotions, branding, and consumer engagement activities across retail outlets.

Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and distribution channels for both domestic and export markets.

Manage brand positioning, packaging, and promotional activities for the product portfolio.

Track and analyze marketing ROI, campaign performance, and consumer insights.

Manage marketing budgets effectively and ensure cost optimization.

Supervise external agencies, creative partners, and digital teams for campaign execution.

Build and nurture relationships with retailers, distributors, and online platforms for product visibility and sales growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing or equivalent qualification.

5–10 years of experience in FMCG/Food & Beverages, preferably Spices or related categories.

Proven track record in B2B, B2C, and D2C marketing, especially in startup environments or new brand launches.

Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and team leadership skills.

Creative thinker with strong business acumen and execution skills.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in launching new food or FMCG brands from scratch.

Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, BigBasket, etc.).

Experience in channel marketing and trade promotions.
