The Marketing Manager will assist with the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing initiatives that support company goals, enhance brand awareness, and drive customer engagement.
Social Media & Website Content Management:
- Create, schedule and publish content for company social media accounts, ensuring a consistent, professional brand voice.

Deploy ads across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok and other platforms.

Develop, implement and manage paid search campaigns on Google Ads to drive leads, rentals, sales and service inquiries.

Monitor and report performance metrics such as impressions, clicks, CTR, conversions and cost-per-lead.

Respond to comments and messages to increase social engagement.
Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Partner with Sales Manager to develop annual marketing budget and strategies.

Conduct competitor research and analysis.

Identify marketing trends and make recommendations to maintain competitive edge.
- Monitor incoming leads from all channels (website forms, Kenect, paid ads, social media, email campaigns, phone tracking, and third-party platforms).

Distribute leads promptly to the appropriate sales representative or department teams.

Set up automated notifications or workflows to increase response times.
- Manage co-op advertising guidelines for CASE, Takeuchi, Toro and others.

Order all promotional items and submit reimbursement requests from OEMs.

Submit required documentation, ad proofs, spend summaries, and performance reports.

Track approvals, reimbursements, and deadlines.
- Coordinate event planning, booth setup, logistics, and promotional materials.

Manage pre-show marketing, lead capture strategy, and follow-up campaigns.

Oversee vendor relations, signage, and travel coordination.

Manage SWAG and promotional giveaways for trade shows and events.

Partner with Human Resources to attend recruiting and tech school job fairs.
- Associate degree in Marketing, Digital Media or Advertising.

1-3 years marketing experience; high proficiency in social media platforms.

Experience with CRM and email marketing platforms.

Strong written and verbal communication.

Video marketing experience a plus
