Position Summary

The Marketing Manager leads the development and execution of integrated national and international marketing strategies that promote NLB’s products, services, and brand identity. This role is responsible for enhancing customer engagement, driving market growth, and ensuring that all marketing efforts align with NLB’s core values and industry leadership.

Strategic Leadership & Planning

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies that support business objectives and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to align marketing with sales, product development, and customer experience.
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective execution of campaigns.

Digital Presence & Content Strategy

  • Oversee the company’s website, ensuring mobile-first design, SEO optimization, and clear readability across devices.
  • Ensure social media links are prominently displayed on the website and kept current.
  • Lead content creation across all platforms, including high-quality video production, blog posts, and educational materials.
  • Create and manage YouTube playlists aligned with product applications and customer interests.

Social Media & Community Engagement

  • Develop platform-specific content strategies for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant channels.
  • Monitor and respond to comments and messages to foster community and customer service.
  • Use tools like LinkTree to unify social media bios and improve cross-channel navigation.

Campaigns & Promotions

  • Plan and execute trade show participation, including booth design, logistics, and lead capture.
  • Manage advertising efforts across print, digital, and social media.
  • Coordinate with internal and external creative teams to produce compelling marketing assets.

Customer Insights & Analytics

  • Use CRM tools to track campaign effectiveness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
  • Analyze marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve ROI.
  • Ensure that videos and resources are searchable and accessible on the website.

Training & Industry Engagement

  • Promote NLB’s WJTA training classes with clear scheduling, pricing, and registration information.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure marketing reflects technical expertise and customer needs.

Team Development & Collaboration

  • Lead and mentor the marketing team to foster innovation, accountability, and performance.
  • Encourage cross-functional collaboration to ensure marketing supports broader company goals.

Professional Conduct

  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold company values in all communications.
  • Demonstrate regular and prompt attendance.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with colleagues and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in marketing leadership, preferably in industrial or B2B environments.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, CRM systems, and analytics.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.

SKILLS & ABILITIES

Education : Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field

Experience :

  • Ability to work with all departments and to communicate well.
  • Ability to attend to several activities simultaneously, prioritizing and switching priorities as necessary.
  • A capacity to maintain, balance or restore workflow, deal with problems, overcome obstacles, and help put things back on track.
