About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and creative Marketing Manager to lead our marketing strategy, manage campaigns, and drive brand growth. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to oversee both digital and traditional marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to meet company goals.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, trends, and competitors.
- Plan and manage the annual marketing budget.
Campaign Management
- Oversee marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Manage social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and paid advertising.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance and adjust for maximum ROI.
Brand Management
- Strengthen brand identity and ensure consistent messaging.
- Lead content creation, working with designers, writers, and agencies.
- Manage events, promotions, and partnerships.
Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor the marketing team.
- Coordinate with sales, product, and management teams to align strategies.
Analytics & Reporting
- Analyze marketing KPIs and create performance reports.
- Optimize strategies based on data insights.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 3–5+ years of marketing experience (managerial experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, CRM tools).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in e-commerce or product-based industries.
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Canva, Mailchimp, Google Analytics.
- Creative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
