Position Summary:
The Marketing Manager is the operational leader for campaign execution, content development, and cross-channel marketing. This role translates strategic campaign briefs and messaging pillars from the Director into cohesive campaigns that drive engagement, lead generation, and community awareness. The Marketing Manager ensures messaging is consistent across paid and owned channels, supports quarterly themes, and helps connect marketing efforts to both new prospects and current customers.
The Marketing Manager works closely with the Marketing Coordinator and external vendors to deliver high-quality, on-brand content across multiple channels, while maintaining workflow efficiency and performance tracking.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign & Content Ownership
- Own end-to-end campaign execution from brief to launch, including:
- Zillow/Realtor.com ads
- Magazine/billboard ads
- Search/display advertising
- Social media advertising (paid)
- Weekly and retargeting email campaigns
- Agent-focused messaging
- Text messaging campaigns
- Write and edit ad copy, landing page content, and messaging for all campaign channels, ensuring brand consistency.
- Integrate quarterly messaging pillars and themes across all campaigns, aligning with company objectives and strategic goals.
- Partner with external vendors who provide blog and organic social content, ensuring consistency with paid campaigns and messaging strategy.
Team & Vendor Coordination:
- Supervise and support Marketing Coordinator(s) to ensure timely execution of campaign logistics, signage orders, installations, and swag/branded items.
- Manage relationships with external vendors for creative, media, and content production.
- Act as the bridge between strategy (Director) and operational execution (Coordinator and vendor partners).
Performance & Reporting:
- Track campaign metrics, engagement, and conversion results; provide actionable insights to the Director of Marketing.
- Review analytics for digital and email campaigns to inform optimization and future planning.
- Maintain documentation of campaigns, workflows, and assets for departmental transparency and repeatable processes.
Collaboration & Strategic Alignment:
- Partner with leadership to ensure campaigns reflect company-wide priorities and business entity messaging.
- Contribute to quarterly campaign planning and messaging alignment to ensure cohesive storytelling across communities and customer segments.
- Support internal teams and Sales leadership with campaign collateral, messaging guidance, and reporting insights.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 5–7 years of marketing experience; homebuilding, real estate, or agency experience preferred
- Proven ability to create and execute multi-channel campaigns
- Strong writing, editing, and content development skills
- Experience managing vendors and coordinating cross-functional teams
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Teams, project management platforms (Asana, Trello, etc.), CRM/CMS platforms, and email marketing systems (Hubspot)
- Familiarity with paid media, SEO/SEM, and performance tracking
