We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Marketing Office Manager to oversee the marketing operations of our construction supply business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office management, marketing coordination, and a solid understanding of the construction and building materials industry.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote products and services to contractors, builders, and developers.
- Coordinate digital marketing efforts including social media, email campaigns, SEO, and website updates.
- Create promotional materials, brochures, product data sheets, and sales tools.
- Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to identify new opportunities.
- Organize trade shows, exhibitions, and customer outreach events.
- Maintain marketing budgets and track ROI of campaigns.
- Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
- Work closely with suppliers and manufacturers to obtain product specs, price updates, and technical information.
- Assist in the preparation of bids, quotes, and submittals for construction projects.
- Stay informed of new construction trends, materials, and regulatory changes affecting building products.
Qualifications
- MALE OR FEMALE
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of experience in marketing or office management, preferably in construction or building materials.
- Proficient in marketing tools
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Knowledge of construction terminology, procurement processes, and supply chain is a plus.
