Position: Marketing Manager
Location: Pune - Baner (Hybrid with at least 3 days work from office)
CTC: INR 8 – 9 LPA
Purpose of the Role: To lead the organisation’s marketing strategy by building a compelling brand and crafting impactful narratives and campaigns that inspire participation, strengthen community engagement, and elevate India’s volunteering culture.
Role & Responsibilities:
Brand and Strategy
- Develop annual marketing plans covering brand strengthening, digital engagement, and flagship programs
- Establish brand guidelines, tone of voice, and consistent identity across all platforms
- Position the organisation as India's voice of volunteering through thought leadership and partnerships
- Work with senior management on strategic pitches for partnerships and sponsorships
Storytelling and Content
- Craft written, visual, and video narratives that celebrate volunteers, nonprofits, and partners
- Spotlight authentic stories that show the real impact of volunteering
- Build content strategies that nurture pride, participation, and community
Digital Engagement and Community Building
- Lead social media, email marketing, SEO and SEM, and website content
- Grow organic and engaged communities across platforms
- Use analytics to refine audience journeys and inspire meaningful action
Campaigns and Events
- Drive purpose-led campaigns, including the Awards
- Lead nomination/registration drives, partner outreach, media engagement, and event branding
- Shape campaign experiences from the first announcement to post-event storytelling
Data, Insights, and Collaboration
- Translate volunteer metrics into compelling insights and impact reports
- Collaborate with internal teams, designers, and freelancers to deliver high-quality output
- Track engagement, web traffic, sign-ups, and leads; share insights with leadership
Requirements:
Qualification:
- Essential: Graduate from any stream
- Preferred: Post-Graduation in Marketing & Communications
Desired Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing, brand strategy, or communications, preferably in a social impact or purpose-driven organisation
- Experience leading digital engagement and community-building campaigns

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
