Key Responsibilities1. Marketing Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer insights.
  • Create annual and quarterly marketing plans, budgets, and performance targets.

2. Campaign Management

  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and SEO.
  • Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to improve ROI.
  • Coordinate creative production including content, designs, video shoots, and branding materials.

3. Team Leadership & Coordination

  • Manage and guide the marketing team (designers, content creators, media buyers, videographers).
  • Assign tasks, track performance, and ensure timely delivery of all marketing outputs.
  • Facilitate internal and external communication to maintain efficient workflow.

4. Social Media & Content Management

  • Oversee content calendars, social media strategies, and brand messaging.
  • Ensure consistency of tone, branding, and quality across all platforms.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-quality content.

5. Client & Stakeholder Communication

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients on marketing matters.
  • Prepare and present monthly reports, results, and recommendations.
  • Ensure client expectations are met and exceeded.

6. Data & Performance Analysis

  • Track KPIs and analyze campaign results, website metrics, and lead performance.
  • Use analytics tools to create actionable insights and strategic improvements.
  • Prepare performance dashboards and reports for management.

7. Brand Development

  • Strengthen brand identity across all platforms and materials.
  • Ensure alignment with brand guidelines and strategic positioning.

8. General Management

  • Manage marketing budget and spending.
  • Develop partnerships and collaborations to expand market reach.
  • Ensure all marketing activities comply with policies, regulations, and quality standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
