About the Job:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager specializing in Luxury Fashion/Retail with experience in eCommerce to join our team. As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies to drive brand visibility, increase online sales and offline sales, enhance customer engagement, and successfully drive foot traffic to our physical stores.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans across online channels (social media, email marketing, SMS, influencers, paid ads) for fashion/retail products.
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities in the ecommerce landscape.
• Collaborate with the creative team to create brand-aligned visuals, copy, and content resonating with the target audience.
• Optimize ecommerce website performance , ensuring a seamless user experience and maximizing conversion rates.
• Manage promotions, sales, and seasonal campaign s to boost online sales, customer retention, and drive store foot traffic.
• Utilize data-driven insights, manage budgets, and align marketing with business objectives while staying current on industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and driving e-commerce growth in the luxury fashion/retail industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels , including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, SMS, and influencer marketing.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Shopify, Google Analytics) to track and analyze performance metrics.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and a passion for staying ahead in Fashion and Retail trends.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
