Key duties include budget management, performance analysis, content creation, and stakeholder liaison. Core Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Planning: Develop & execute comprehensive marketing plans, set KPIs, and align efforts with business goals.
- Market Research: Analyze trends, competitor activities, and customer needs in the electrical sector.
- Campaign Management: Oversee digital (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Email) and traditional campaigns from concept to execution.
- Content Creation: Guide creation of technical specs, catalogs, brochures, and digital content.
- Sales & Product Alignment: Work with sales teams for lead generation and product launches; liaise with product teams for accurate messaging.
- Budget & ROI: Manage marketing budgets and track campaign performance to optimize ROI.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate sales and marketing teams.
- Stakeholder Relations: Build relationships with partners, media, and customers.
- Events: Organize and attend trade shows, client meetings, and industry events.
