An Electrical Marketing Manager develops strategies to promote electrical products, drives brand awareness, manages campaigns (digital/print), conducts market research, leads teams, and collaborates with sales/product development to boost revenue, focusing on technical promotion, industry trends, and customer engagement for B2B/B2C markets. Key duties include budget management, performance analysis, content creation, and stakeholder liaison. Core Responsibilities:

  • Strategy & Planning: Develop & execute comprehensive marketing plans, set KPIs, and align efforts with business goals.
  • Market Research: Analyze trends, competitor activities, and customer needs in the electrical sector.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee digital (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Email) and traditional campaigns from concept to execution.
  • Content Creation: Guide creation of technical specs, catalogs, brochures, and digital content.
  • Sales & Product Alignment: Work with sales teams for lead generation and product launches; liaise with product teams for accurate messaging.
  • Budget & ROI: Manage marketing budgets and track campaign performance to optimize ROI.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate sales and marketing teams.
  • Stakeholder Relations: Build relationships with partners, media, and customers.
  • Events: Organize and attend trade shows, client meetings, and industry events.
