Marketing Manager

You will be responsible for creating, managing, and improving paid advertising campaigns across social media and digital platforms. This role requires strong analytical skills, creativity, and the ability to deliver measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Develop, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on:
• Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
• Conduct audience and market research to build effective targeting strategies
• Create and test ad creatives (copy, visuals, videos)
• Manage campaign budgets and achieve target cost per lead (CPL)
• Recommend strategies to improve campaign ROI and lead quality

Requirements

• Proven experience as
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads
• Experience in real estate lead generation is a must
• Ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns accordingly
• Excellent communication and reporting skills
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to work independently

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of the UAE real estate market
• Experience with landing pages, and CRM systems
• Basic creative skills (e.g., Canva, simple video editing)
