Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Growth
- Drive sales of used car loans and other lending products to achieve monthly and quarterly business targets for the assigned states/territory.
- Expand business footprint across multiple markets through strong planning and execution.
Channel Development & Relationship Management
- Develop, onboard, and manage dealer networks, DSAs, and channel partners to generate high-quality leads.
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with automobile dealers, showrooms, and partner networks to enhance brand visibility and trust.
Marketing & Lead Generation
- Collaborate closely with the central marketing team to plan and execute:
- Promotional campaigns
- Lead-generation activities
- Local market branding programs
- Support organization of dealer meets, events, customer engagement programs, and on-ground marketing activities.
Market Research & Insights
- Conduct regular market research to understand:
- Customer requirements
- Competition landscape
- Market pricing
- New business opportunities
- Provide insights and actionable recommendations to management.
Team Leadership & Training
- Recruit, train, mentor, and monitor Sales Executives/Relationship Officers to ensure high productivity and consistent goal achievement.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with credit, operations, and collections teams to ensure:
- Smooth login & processing
- Faster disbursement
- High customer satisfaction
Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Track daily/weekly performance of the team and channel ecosystem.
- Maintain MIS and CRM reports.
- Present sales & marketing performance insights to senior management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
