TRASE Footwear is one of India’s fastest-growing footwear brands, committed to delivering comfort, style, and quality. We are looking for a driven and creative Marketing Professional to strengthen our brand presence and accelerate our growth across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

1. Developing Marketing Strategies

  • Build and implement comprehensive marketing plans to increase brand visibility, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
  • Identify new opportunities and channels to expand brand reach.

2. Market Research

  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior.
  • Use insights to guide marketing decisions and product positioning.

3. Campaign Planning & Execution (Digital Focus)

  • Design, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, and marketplaces.
  • Coordinate creative development, content planning, and audience targeting.

4. Budget Management

  • Allocate and monitor marketing budgets to maximize ROI.
  • Optimize spending across channels based on performance data.

5. Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Define KPIs and measure campaign success using analytics tools.
  • Prepare performance reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with sales, product, and customer service teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Support product launches, sales strategies, and customer engagement initiatives.

7. Vendor & Agency Management

  • Manage relationships with external marketing agencies, freelancers, and service providers.
  • Evaluate vendor performance and ensure timely delivery of marketing outputs.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication skills: Exceptional writing and public speaking abilities to present ideas clearly to internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Marketing analytics: Ability to interpret data, analyze campaign performance, and make data-led decisions.
  • Creative thinking: Innovative mindset to develop engaging campaign ideas and marketing solutions.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, social media management, and analytics tools is a plus.
