Key Responsibilities
1. Developing Marketing Strategies
- Build and implement comprehensive marketing plans to increase brand visibility, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
- Identify new opportunities and channels to expand brand reach.
2. Market Research
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior.
- Use insights to guide marketing decisions and product positioning.
3. Campaign Planning & Execution (Digital Focus)
- Design, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, and marketplaces.
- Coordinate creative development, content planning, and audience targeting.
4. Budget Management
- Allocate and monitor marketing budgets to maximize ROI.
- Optimize spending across channels based on performance data.
5. Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Define KPIs and measure campaign success using analytics tools.
- Prepare performance reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with sales, product, and customer service teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Support product launches, sales strategies, and customer engagement initiatives.
7. Vendor & Agency Management
- Manage relationships with external marketing agencies, freelancers, and service providers.
- Evaluate vendor performance and ensure timely delivery of marketing outputs.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication skills: Exceptional writing and public speaking abilities to present ideas clearly to internal teams and stakeholders.
- Marketing analytics: Ability to interpret data, analyze campaign performance, and make data-led decisions.
- Creative thinking: Innovative mindset to develop engaging campaign ideas and marketing solutions.
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, social media management, and analytics tools is a plus.
