About The Spa Lounge:
The Spa Lounge is Utah's largest and most celebrated day spa, recognized as the "Best Day Spa in Salt Lake City" for three consecutive years. With 5 locations and continued expansion, we are on a mission to provide unparalleled spa experiences to our clientele. As we grow, we’re looking for a passionate, creative, and driven individual to join our team and elevate our marketing efforts to new heights.

Position Overview:
The Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our marketing strategy. Reporting directly to the owner and collaborating with our leadership team, you will oversee all marketing initiatives, ensuring they align with our brand's values and growth objectives. This is an exciting opportunity to bring fresh ideas and energy to a dynamic company while gaining hands-on experience in a variety of marketing channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Management: Develop, curate, and schedule content across all social media platforms to enhance engagement and brand visibility.
  • Website Management: Update and optimize website content to ensure a seamless user experience and strong SEO performance.
  • Print and Digital Advertising: Design and oversee the production of print materials, including flyers, brochures, and in-spa promotions. Manage digital advertising campaigns such as Pay-Per-Click (PPC), retargeting, and display ads.
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with photographers, designers, and copywriters to produce high-quality marketing collateral.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track, measure, and report on the performance of all marketing campaigns, using insights to refine strategies.
  • Customer Engagement: Develop email marketing campaigns and newsletters to keep our clientele informed about promotions, events, and new services.
  • Brand Management: Ensure all marketing materials are consistent with The Spa Lounge’s brand voice, style, and values.
  • Event Promotion: Plan and execute marketing efforts for special events, grand openings, and community engagement activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in a marketing role (spa, hospitality, or wellness industry experience is a plus).
  • Proficiency in social media platforms, content management systems, and marketing tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and Mailchimp.
  • Strong writing, editing, and graphic design skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and branding.
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
