Position Overview
We’re looking for a strategic, hands-on Marketing Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a marketer with 3+ years of experience who’s ready to take ownership of multi-channel campaigns and drive engagement, conversion, and growth for a mission-based organization.
You’ll oversee and execute key marketing initiatives spanning content marketing, email marketing and automation, lead nurturing, social media, product marketing, events (online and in-person), and sales enablement — helping us expand our reach and deepen relationships with our audiences.
This is a collaborative role that works closely with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts, including our founder. You must be a confident and capable writer and editor who can craft clear, compelling, and brand-aligned content.

Key Responsibilities

This work will be done independently as well as in collaboration with subject matter experts. Use Canva templates to lay out content in collaboration with Creative Lead.
- Email Marketing & Automation: Build and optimize email newsletters, ad hoc sends, and automated workflows, including nurture sequences and segmented campaigns, to convert leads and engage customers.
- Social Media & Affiliate Program: Manage content calendars, engage audiences, and support the launch and growth of our affiliate program. Collaborate with the Creative Lead to bring fresh, strategic insights and ideas. Current platforms include Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube, with recent expansion to Reddit and planned growth on TikTok through the affiliate program. Execute and optimize paid social campaigns as needed.
- Product Marketing: Work with product leaders and R&D to develop go-to-market assets that communicate product value and drive adoption across the customer journey.
- Sales Enablement: Partner with sales and customer-facing teams to create tools and collateral (presentations, one-pagers, FAQs) that support lead conversion and retention. Keep initiatives well organized and clearly communicated across teams, and deliver Marketing Qualified Leads to sales on a consistent basis.
- Event Marketing: Support a robust event marketing calendar of digital and in-person activities by coordinating marketing deliverables, ensuring timely execution of pre- and post-event tactics, and contributing to effective post-event lead nurturing.
- Website Management: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to maintain and update website content, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and current campaigns.
- Workflows & Processes: Partner with the Creative Lead to ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials. Collaborate with Creative Lead and across teams to own and continuously improve marketing workflows and processes for greater efficiency and cross-functional coordination.
- Analytics & Optimization: Help build and maintain a marketing dashboard to track performance across channels, translate insights into actionable improvements, and communicate results to internal stakeholders.
