Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in digital marketing, content creation, and multichannel campaigns, with a focus on delivering measurable results. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape our marketing strategy across various platforms, including social media, e-commerce, and print advertising, while utilizing advanced tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, and marketing automation systems. The Marketing Manager will play a key role in developing innovative campaigns that enhance our market presence and support sales objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across digital and traditional channels, including SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, and print advertising.
  • Manage multichannel marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Oversee content marketing initiatives, including copywriting, product management, and creative development using Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Implement and optimize performance marketing campaigns through Facebook Advertising, Google AdWords, Google Analytics, and other platforms.
  • Coordinate advertising sales efforts and collaborate with sales teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
  • Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline campaign workflows and improve targeting accuracy.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights for strategic planning.
  • Manage budgets effectively for various campaigns while tracking ROI and performance metrics.
  • Maintain website content using WordPress and basic HTML skills to ensure an engaging online presence.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to inform future strategies and improve overall effectiveness.

Experience

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, including SEO, social media marketing, content creation, and multichannel campaigns.
  • Strong background in performance marketing with hands-on experience in Facebook Advertising, Google AdWords, Google Analytics, and email marketing platforms.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for content development.
  • Experience managing e-commerce platforms and product management is preferred.
  • Knowledge of B2B marketing strategies and print advertising is a plus.
  • Ability to utilize marketing automation tools for campaign management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data from analytics tools to optimize campaigns.
  • Excellent copywriting skills with an understanding of research-driven content creation.
  • Experience with HTML coding and WordPress website management is desirable. This role requires a proactive individual with a passion for innovative marketing solutions who can thrive in a fast-paced environment while delivering impactful results across multiple channels.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,987.00 - $68,000.00 per year
