Elias Construction is seeking a highly organized, creative, and strategic Marketing Manager to lead and execute our marketing efforts across digital, social, community, and client experience channels. This role blends planning, content creation, analytics, and partnership development to support brand visibility and business growth. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing both strategy and execution. The ideal candidate must be self driven and highly productive to achieve the desired marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning
- Develop quarterly marketing plans and campaigns.
- Review lead flow, conversion trends, and audience behavior.
- Align marketing initiatives with sales goals.
- Manage annual company marketing budget.
Content & Design
- Review, edit, and collaborate on social media, email, print, and advertising content.
- Approve tone, messaging, and content priorities on all company communications and literature.
- Create monthly blog posts, Pinterest content, and YouTube videos.
- Review and enhance Mailchimp journeys and automated emails.
- Capture and edit project photos and videos.
- Upload content to the website, blog, Pinterest, and YouTube and various relevant platforms.
- Plan and execute holiday card creation and company signage.
Social Media
- Collaborate on monthly campaign strategies.
- Review analytics, engagement, and trends.
- Recommend improvements for reach and visibility.
- Write copy, design graphics, schedule posts and ads.
- Engage with followers and online community.
- Grow engagement and build the company profile on new relevant social platforms.
Website Management
- Monitor website analytics and user performance.
- Recommend enhancements and plan new features.
- Stay current with remodeling and design industry website trends.
- Perform general updates, including portfolio and blog uploads.
Digital Marketing, Lead Generation & Initiatives
- Manage SEO, paid ads, and social ad campaigns.
- Track conversions and ROI to optimize performance.
- Plan and execute lead-generation initiatives such as direct mail, neighborhood postcards, and local outreach.
- Provide creative design to drive marketing initiatives.
Newsletters
- Write and develop messaging, graphics, and photo concepts for newsletters.
- Design layouts, add visuals, and assemble final versions for distribution.
Community & Partnership Development
- Build and maintain vendor and partner relationships.
- Identify sponsorship and collaboration opportunities.
- Network to strengthen brand visibility.
- Gather content for social media and promotion when needed.
Events
- Lead communication and registrations for tours, home shows, and community events.
- Oversee and execute all aspects of event planning, prep, design, set-up, and signage.
Client Experience & Engagement
- Update loyalty and referral programs.
- Process client reviews and leverage to help implement engagement initiatives.
- Lead client and company open houses and create and distribute the annual client letter.
- Send rewards for reviews and questionnaires.
Administrative & Miscellaneous
- Manage emails, internal meetings, and project organization.
- Attend external industry meetings.
- Track progress across marketing projects.
- Maintain organized files, emails, and documentation.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in a brand, creative, agency, or design-driven environment.
- Professional degree preferred (Marketing, Communications, Business, Design, or related field).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media strategy, content development, and analytics. Current developments with AI technology a plus.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Creative mindset with strong design sensibilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously.
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
