Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with company goals
- Plan, manage, and optimize marketing campaigns across digital, social, print, and traditional channels
- Lead brand management initiatives to ensure consistent messaging and visual identity
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior, competitors, and industry trends
- Manage marketing budgets, forecasts, and ROI tracking
- Collaborate with sales, product, and creative teams to support revenue objectives
- Oversee content creation, advertising, promotions, and events
- Monitor campaign performance using KPIs and analytics tools; prepare reports and insights
- Manage and mentor marketing team members and external agencies
