Job Title: Marketing Manager Company: Gopi Notebook & Gopi Buildspace (gopibuildspace.com)Position Overview

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring all marketing activities for Gopi Notebook (manufacturing & stationery segment) and Gopi Buildspace (real estate & construction segment). The role requires strong coordination with sales, leadership, and external agencies to build brand visibility, generate leads, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement annual and quarterly marketing plans for both business verticals.
  • Identify target markets, customer segments, and positioning strategies.
  • Align marketing activities with sales targets and business objectives.

2. Brand Management & Promotion

  • Strengthen brand presence of Gopi Notebook and Gopi Buildspace across online and offline platforms.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging, design, and communication.
  • Coordinate branding materials such as brochures, catalogues, banners, hoardings, and signage.

3. Digital Marketing & Online Presence

  • Manage website content, updates, and coordination with digital agencies.
  • Oversee digital campaigns including SEO, social media, Google Ads, and online listings.
  • Monitor website traffic, lead generation, and campaign performance.

4. Lead Generation & Sales Support

  • Plan and execute lead generation campaigns for real estate projects and notebook products.
  • Support sales teams with marketing tools, presentations, and promotional content.
  • Track lead quality and coordinate with sales for conversion improvement.

5. Market Research & Competitor Analysis

  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, trends, and competition.
  • Analyze competitor activities and recommend improvement strategies.
  • Identify new marketing opportunities and channels.

6. Events, Exhibitions & Promotions

  • Plan and manage exhibitions, trade fairs, site events, and product launches.
  • Coordinate with vendors, designers, printers, and event agencies.
  • Ensure timely execution within approved budgets.

7. Budget & Vendor Management

  • Prepare and manage the marketing budget.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and printers.
  • Monitor expenses and ensure cost-effective marketing activities.

8. Reporting & Coordination

  • Prepare regular marketing performance reports and MIS.
  • Present marketing updates and insights to management.
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams such as sales, accounts, and operations.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Vendor and agency coordination experience

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • MBA in Marketing (preferred)

Experience Requirements

  • 5–10 years of experience in marketing
  • Experience in manufacturing / FMCG / stationery / real estate / construction preferred
  • Exposure to both B2B and B2C marketing will be an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
