We are seeking an innovative, results-driven Marketing Manager to design, implement, and manage comprehensive marketing initiatives that expand our portfolio, enhance our brand presence, and generate measurable growth in property management, sales, and buyer opportunities.

Position Summary

The Marketing Manager will lead the creation and execution of strategic marketing initiatives that drive portfolio growth, increase visibility in the marketplace, and strengthen the company’s reputation. This position requires a strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills who is equally comfortable crafting marketing plans and rolling up their sleeves to implement them. The ideal candidate will combine creativity, data-driven decision-making, and project management expertise to deliver exceptional results across digital and traditional channels.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business goals to grow properties under management and drive sales.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and demographic insights to inform campaigns and positioning.
  • Collaborate with real estate agents and leadership to identify marketing priorities and opportunities.

2. Campaign Development & Execution

  • Create, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media advertising.
  • Oversee content production for websites, blogs, property listings, social media, brochures, signage, and email campaigns.
  • Ensure high-quality, engaging, and brand-consistent messaging across all channels.
  • Reputation Management – Online Reviews.

3. Brand Management

  • Maintain and enhance brand identity, ensuring consistency in voice, design, and messaging across all touchpoints.
  • Manage company and property websites, ensuring they remain visually compelling, user-friendly, and up to date.
  • Monitor and improve online reputation through proactive review and response strategies.

4. Performance Measurement & Optimization

  • Track, analyze, and report on key marketing metrics, including website traffic, lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Use data insights to refine campaigns and improve performance.
  • Conduct regular competitive and market analyses to maintain pricing and positioning advantages.

5. Budget & Vendor Management

  • Develop and manage the annual marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, designers, photographers, and advertising partners to deliver high-quality materials on time and within budget.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in real estate, property management, or related industry.
  • Proven expertise in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Mailchimp, Canva, etc.).
  • Experience with CRM is a plus (e.g., Appfolio, MailChimp, LeadSimple, etc..).
  • Strong writing, communication, and storytelling skills.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and project coordination abilities.
  • Creative thinker with strong analytical skills and a track record of delivering measurable results.

Pay: $54,414.71 - $65,531.69 per year
