We are looking for a Marketing Manager for our client operating in the automotive supply industry. This role will be based in Istanbul.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies for global markets to increase brand awareness, customer engagement and revenue growth.
  • Lead digital marketing initiatives including performance marketing, social media and content marketing.
  • Manage end-to-end TV, print, and online advertising campaigns in collaboration with internal teams and external agencies.
  • Plan, coordinate and execute international events, fairs, sponsorships, and product launches.
  • Conduct market research to identify global trends, competitor activities and new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with product, sales and creative teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and high-impact marketing materials.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, prepare reports and optimize ongoing activities based on data-driven insights.
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient resource allocation.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related fields.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in a senior marketing role.
  • Proven experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, TV, events, print).
  • Strong understanding of global market dynamics and consumer behaviors.
  • Strong leadership, communication and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent command of English (both written and spoken).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing tools.
