We are looking for a Marketing Manager for our client operating in the automotive supply industry. This role will be based in Istanbul.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies for global markets to increase brand awareness, customer engagement and revenue growth.

Lead digital marketing initiatives including performance marketing, social media and content marketing.

Manage end-to-end TV, print, and online advertising campaigns in collaboration with internal teams and external agencies.

Plan, coordinate and execute international events, fairs, sponsorships, and product launches.

Conduct market research to identify global trends, competitor activities and new business opportunities.

Collaborate with product, sales and creative teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and high-impact marketing materials.

Monitor and analyze campaign performance, prepare reports and optimize ongoing activities based on data-driven insights.

Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient resource allocation.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related fields.

Minimum 8 years of experience in a senior marketing role.

Proven experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, TV, events, print).

Strong understanding of global market dynamics and consumer behaviors.

Strong leadership, communication and strategic thinking skills.

Excellent command of English (both written and spoken).

Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing tools.
