Job Title: Marketing Manager
Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand growth. The ideal candidate will oversee strategic planning, campaign execution, performance analysis, and team coordination across digital and offline channels. This role demands creativity, analytical thinking, and strong project management skills.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation.
- Plan annual/quarterly marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively.
2. Digital Marketing Management
- Oversee digital marketing campaigns across social media, SEO/SEM, email, and paid ads.
- Optimize online presence and ensure consistent brand visibility across platforms.
- Track campaign performance and refine strategies based on data.
3. Brand Development & Content
- Build and strengthen brand identity across all communication channels.
- Guide content creation for social media, blogs, website, sales collateral, and marketing materials.
- Ensure brand consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging.
4. Campaign Execution
- Plan and execute 360° marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with creative, design, and external agencies for timely delivery.
- Monitor campaign KPIs and ROI to ensure effectiveness.
5. Team Leadership & Coordination
- Lead, mentor, and guide marketing team members.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and leadership teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Manage vendor relationships and external partners.
6. Analytics & Reporting
- Track key metrics such as lead generation, engagement, conversions, CAC, and ROI.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for leadership.
- Use analytics tools to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
7. Event & Offline Marketing (if applicable)
- Plan and coordinate events, exhibitions, webinars, and workshops.
- Manage offline branding activities such as brochures, hoardings, and print campaigns.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in marketing, with proven experience in campaign management.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Analytics, SEO tools, CRM systems).
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and project management skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative mindset with a strong eye for branding and design.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
