Core Responsibilities
- Develop and implement field marketing strategies to increase bed occupancy and specialty admissions like orthopedics or cardiology.
- Conduct daily doctor visits (20-30) to referring physicians, clinics, and corporates in Coimbatore for patient referrals.
- Organize health camps, awareness drives, and free check-up events in local communities and suburbs.
- Build and maintain tie-ups with pharmacies, labs, and diagnostic centers for seamless patient pathways.
- Perform market research on competitors and patient trends in Tamil Nadu to refine outreach plans.
- Manage promotional materials, branding collaterals, and digital campaigns supporting field efforts.
- Track leads, conversions, and ROI using CRM tools; submit weekly field reports to administration.
- Coordinate with hospital departments for patient feedback and service improvements post-admission.
- Handle budget allocation (₹10-15 lakhs annually) for field events, travel, and incentives.
- Execute any assigned work by directors, such as special projects, crisis marketing, or NABH compliance promotions.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
