Marketing Manager
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
MARKETING & MANAGEMENT
- Lead and manage paid digital marketing programs across email, SMS, SEM and social media.
- Develop, present and execute result-driven campaign calendars that align with company strategy and ROAS targets.
- Oversee and manage budget spend for digital and print advertising campaigns.
- Review, analyze and optimize campaign performance regularly, monitoring key metrics such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates to meet revenue-generating goals.
- Implement A/B testing and audience segmentation to improve results.
- Collaborate with and request campaign assets from Creative Services team using project management software to ensure project details and timelines are met.
- Establish project scope and priority of assigned tasks/projects for direct reports.
- Work alongside Legal and IT to ensure content being published and marketing practices are compliant.
- Work with Sales and Customer Relations teams to audit customer satisfaction and key customer touch points.
- Perform social listening to identify potential issues, trends and opportunities related to the company.
- Monitor posts and commentary across corporate social media platforms for NL’s family of brands, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, and LinkedIn, in adherence with brand standards and guidelines.
- Assist as necessary with content creation, copywriting, and publishing in collaboration with Creative Services.
- Ensure satisfactory compliance, content and user experience across company websites with the guidance of IT, Legal and marketing consultation.
- Collaborate with Creative Services team on brand voice to assist in ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in marketing or related field, paid digital marketing experience preferred
- Experience managing direct reports or cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated proficiency managing paid digital marketing campaigns and reporting functions
- Experience working with paid marketing platforms such as Google Marketing (Google Ads and Google Analytics)
- Knowledge of Shopify, Klaviyo platforms preferred
- Excellent computer skills using email, Microsoft Office, project management software and virtual communication platforms
- Competency in Adobe CC Suite preferred
- Advanced SEO and SEM knowledge
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including grammar and proofreading; comfortable presenting to leadership
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data, forecast trends, and present actionable insights
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and eager to experiment, learn and adapt.

- Willingness to attend company functions and events as needed including occasional weekends & travel opportunities
***This is a salaried exempt ($62,353.20 - $65,000.00), hybrid position located in Wellsville, NY***
