Join a high-production Real Estate Team that's dedicated to excellence, innovation, and client success. The Michelle Marek Team is expanding, and we’re looking for a motivated Marketing Associate to elevate our brand, amplify our reach, and help us deliver exceptional service to clients.

Position: Marketing Associate (Full-Time) in person position

Location: The Woodlands, TX

Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday–Friday; some weekends and after-hours as needed

Salary: Competitive, commensurate with experience

What You’ll Do

• Create, edit, and publish captivating video and photography content
• Develop and execute daily social media posts across platforms
• Maintain and update the team website; ensure content is current and engaging
• Write emails and craft thoughtful handwritten notes for clients
• Generate creative ideas and execute unique client gifts and drop-by experiences
• Place and track sale signs; maintain organized property dashboards
• Keep a meticulous calendar, take diligent notes, and manage multiple projects
• Collaborate with the team to develop marketing campaigns, events, and open houses

What We’re Looking For

• Proven skills in videography and photography; proficient in editing software
• Strong content creation, storytelling, and editorial capabilities
• Experience with social media scheduling and daily posting
• Website maintenance and basic SEO/content updates
• Excellent written communication and ability to craft persuasive emails
• Attention to detail, organization, and time management
• Creative mindset with a flair for client appreciation and personalized experiences
• Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team
