We are seeking a Marketing Manager to join our team, responsible for supporting the promotion and marketing of kids' craft items. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and creative individual with a passion for marketing.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and sales
- Support promotional activities, including social media, events, and campaigns
- Analyze market trends and sales data to identify opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and business objectives
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers

Qualifications:

- Graduation and above
- 0-1 years of experience in marketing or a related field (freshers welcome, training provided)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Creative and innovative thinking
