Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Handle brand building and engagement initiatives
• Conceptualize and implement ATL / BTL initiatives towards brand building
• Manage day-to-day activities associated to related marketing efforts, including, creative development, cross-functional implementation, and campaign tracking, working on several Marketing collaterals such as brochures, mailers, Inserts etc.
• Act as interface between Creative Agencies, strategic partners & vendors
• Handling Media & Creative agency for Brand Promotions & timely execution of campaigns
• Giving a Briefing to Creative Agency and other vendors for the Ads & other activity
• Take quote from different vendors and negotiate with them for a best deal
• Keep track of the marketing intelligence, real estate industry news and updates
• Support the sales staff with the marketing collaterals
• Coordinate with the associated creative agency, PR agency and vendor for execution of the marketing collaterals & process
• Handle Project Launch, Exhibitions, Trade fair & Events for brand enhancement as well as for increasing the number of sales

What are we looking for?

• Strong understanding of ATL and BTL marketing strategies
• Experience in handling marketing campaigns, collaterals, and event management
• Excellent communication, coordination and team management skills
• Proficiency in working with creative agencies and vendors
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
