What You'll Do as a Marketing Manager:
- Lead the company's overall marketing strategy in close partnership with the Owner and Sales Manager.

Direct & coordinate marketing vendors to ensure high-quality, goal-aligned results.

Strengthen all marketing channels—including brand, website, SEO, paid ads, and social media—to increase visibility and lead generation.

Stay current on market trends and the Outdoor Hospitality Industry while bringing fresh ideas for new products and markets.

Oversee marketing efforts for new cabin designs, rebranding projects, and future product launches.

Keep the sales team aligned through clear communication, updated tools, and minimal sales support, ensuring they stay connected to customer needs.

Create & maintain sales materials, including spec sheets, price guides, presentations, videos, and virtual tours, while managing CRM data and responding to customer inquiries across digital channels.

Support 2-3 trade shows per year by coordinating materials, attending select events, and traveling as needed (typically 2-3 nights).
Our Ideal Marketing Manager:

Experienced: Has 5+ years of marketing management experience—ideally in construction, manufacturing, modular housing, or related industries—with strength in multi-channel marketing, vendor management, and some sales or customer-facing experience; Outdoor Hospitality experience is a plus.

Strong Communicator: Brings excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills to represent our brand clearly and effectively.

Organized: Manages multiple projects, stays ahead of deadlines, and takes initiative from strategy through execution.

Creative: Generates fresh ideas and follows through to deliver high-quality work.

Self-motivated Team Player: Thrives in a small-business setting, adapts easily, and takes ownership while supporting the team wherever needed.

Computer Skills: Proficient in SEO, PPC, social media, CRM systems, content development, and content marketing, with comfort using AI tools for research and content (online portfolio required).

Active: Able to assist with light trade show setup as needed.
