Job Overview
  • We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to lead and execute the marketing strategy for Dibba Bay Oysters.
  • The role requires a professional with strong experience in premium F&B and/or FMCG brands, who understands how to position a high end brand, build engagement, and drive growth across multiple channels.
  • The ideal candidate is passionate about seafood, highly organized, and capable of delivering impactful marketing campaigns that resonate with both B2C and B2B audiences.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a 360 marketing strategy aligned with the company's vision of premium quality, sustainability, and market leadership.
  • Manage marketing activities across channels: Retail, Ho.Re.Ca., E commerce platforms, and Dibba Bay's own restaurants.
  • Drive digital marketing, social media, content creation, PR, and offline campaigns to strengthen brand visibility and engagement.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Production teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and seasonal campaigns.
  • Plan, organize, and execute events, trade shows, product tastings, and collaborations with chefs, restaurants, and premium retail partners.
  • Identify and build partnerships with culinary professionals, media, influencers, and industry stakeholders to amplify brand positioning.
  • Oversee the development and consistency of all marketing materials: packaging, advertising (ATL/BTL), website content, and point of sale materials.
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation and ROI on campaigns and initiatives.
  • Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights, competitive activity, and global trends to refine strategies and identify new opportunities.
  • Lead and execute Trade Marketing activations to support sales objectives and strengthen partnerships with key accounts.
  • Monitor KPIs and prepare regular performance reports on brand awareness, digital campaigns, and market penetration.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in marketing management, preferably within premium F&B or FMCG brands.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with aquaculture or sustainable local products is a strong advantage.
  • Regional Expertise: Proven experience in the UAE is essential with international market exposure. Far East/Russia is a major plus.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing brand strategies locally and internationally.
  • Languages: Fluent in English (Arabic is a strong asset).
Skills
  • Strong digital marketing skills including Social Media, SEO, email marketing, and content creation.
  • Excellent project management and leadership skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, able to engage both internal teams and external partners.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and marketing analytics tools.

Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.

Other: Valid UAE Driving License required.
