Job Summary: The Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning and executing marketing initiatives that strengthen brand presence, generate qualified leads, and support overall sales goals for a leading real estate developer. This role manages day-to-day marketing operations across digital, social media, events, and communications, ensuring strong alignment with business priorities. The ideal candidate brings proven experience in UAE real estate marketing, performance-driven campaigns, and brand building.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute integrated marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and drive lead generation for off-plan projects.
  • Manage the marketing calendar and campaign execution across digital, outdoor, social, and event channels.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to optimize campaign performance and conversion outcomes.
  • Track and manage marketing budgets, ensuring maximum return on investment for promotional activities.
  • Oversee development of marketing assets including brochures, videos, social media content, and property presentations.
  • Drive digital marketing efforts including SEO, SEM, paid advertising, email automation, and website management.
  • Maintain consistent brand identity and messaging across all communication materials.
  • Coordinate marketing activations, property launches, roadshows, and participation in real estate exhibitions.
  • Monitor customer behavior, market insights, and competitor trends to recommend campaign improvements.
  • Build relationships with agencies, media partners, and vendors to support campaign delivery.
  • Measure campaign performance using analytics and provide regular reporting on leads and conversions.
  • Support PR and internal communication initiatives to enhance corporate image.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5-7 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in UAE real estate or property development.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, analytics tools, and CRM platforms.
  • Demonstrated success in executing campaigns that deliver measurable results.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Creative mindset with strong analytical and commercial acumen.
  • Fluency in English required; Arabic or other language skills preferred.
  • Familiarity with UAE real estate market trends and RERA advertising guidelines is a plus.
