We are looking for a results-driven Marketing Manager with strong experience in Digital Marketing and a proven background in the Software / IT / Digital Transformation industry. The role is critical in driving brand positioning, lead generation, and revenue growth through data-driven marketing strategies.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive Digital Marketing Strategy aligned with business and revenue objectives.
  • Lead B2B lead generation initiatives across digital channels (Paid Ads, SEO, Content, Email, LinkedIn).
  • Own the end-to-end marketing funnel (Awareness MQL SQL Conversion).
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Presales, and Business Development teams to support pipeline growth.
  • Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta).
  • Oversee content strategy focused on software solutions, digital transformation, and enterprise clients.
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs including CPL, CAC, ROI, conversion rates, and funnel performance.
  • Manage marketing budgets, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and freelancers when needed.
  • Strengthen brand presence and positioning in local and regional markets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial or lead role.
  • Proven track record of successful marketing strategies and lead generation within the Saudi market.
  • Mandatory: Previous experience in Software, IT Services, SaaS, or Digital Transformation companies.
  • Strong experience in B2B marketing and lead generation.
  • Solid understanding of enterprise sales cycles and complex buyer journeys.
  • Hands-on experience with:
  • Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads
  • SEO / SEM strategies
  • Marketing Analytics & Reporting
  • Experience using CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar).
  • Ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategic decisions.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
