Alisme Law LLC is a growing boutique business-litigation law firm based in Brooklyn, New York. We represent business owners, partners, shareholders, and employers in complex disputes involving contracts, partnerships, shareholder and LLC-member conflicts, board and fiduciary litigation.

The Role

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead and refine the firm’s marketing strategy with a sharp focus on targeting ideal clients and improving lead quality, not just lead volume.

This role will work closely with the Managing Attorney and collaborate with our current Marketing Specialist to develop, execute, and track marketing initiatives that attract the right types of business-litigation clients.

This is a hands-on, strategic role suited for someone who understands professional-services marketing, data-driven decision-making, and positioning expertise in a crowded market.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Targeting

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the firm’s core practice areas:
  • Business litigation
  • Contract and partnership disputes
  • Shareholder / LLC-member actions
  • Board, officer, and fiduciary litigation
  • Refine client messaging to attract higher-value, better-fit clients and reduce non-ideal inquiries.
  • Define and document the firm’s ideal client profiles and ensure consistency across all marketing channels.

Marketing Execution & Oversight

  • Oversee and manage content strategy (website, blogs, LinkedIn, email, and other platforms).
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Specialist on content creation, SEO initiatives, and digital campaigns.
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising efforts (Google Ads, Local Services Ads, retargeting, etc.).
  • Ensure brand consistency, tone, and positioning across all platforms.

Analytics, Tracking & Optimization

  • Track marketing performance metrics including lead sources, conversion rates, cost per lead, and lead quality.
  • Analyze intake data and call outcomes to identify patterns and opportunities for refinement.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to firm leadership with clear recommendations.

Collaboration & Operations

  • Work closely with intake and operations teams to align marketing with real-world client interactions.
  • Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and external marketing partners as needed.
  • Assist with special projects, campaigns, and firm-wide initiatives tied to growth.

Qualifications

  • 3–6+ years of marketing experience, preferably in professional services, legal, finance, or consulting.
  • Demonstrated experience with:
  • SEO and content strategy
  • Paid digital advertising (Google Ads strongly preferred)
  • Marketing analytics and performance tracking
  • Strong understanding of audience targeting, messaging, and conversion optimization.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership, and think strategically.
  • Experience marketing legal services or B2B services is a strong plus (but not required).
