Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in digital marketing, content creation, and multichannel campaigns. This role offers the opportunity to develop innovative marketing strategies that align with business goals, utilizing a variety of tools and platforms to maximize reach and engagement. The Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand presence across digital and traditional channels, ensuring consistent messaging and effective audience targeting.

Duties

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across multiple channels including SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, and print advertising.
  • Manage digital campaigns utilizing Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, and marketing automation tools to optimize performance marketing efforts.
  • Oversee content marketing initiatives, including copywriting, blog posts, product descriptions, and multimedia content creation using Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis to inform campaign development.
  • Coordinate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales objectives, supporting advertising sales and B2B marketing initiatives.
  • Manage website content using WordPress and basic HTML skills to ensure site updates are accurate and engaging.
  • Analyze campaign performance through Google Analytics and other analytics tools; prepare reports to measure ROI and inform future strategies.
  • Collaborate with product management teams on product launches and promotional activities.
  • Budget planning and management for various campaigns while ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
  • Lead efforts in e-commerce promotion strategies to enhance online sales channels.

Experience

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, including SEO, social media marketing, performance marketing, and multichannel campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of advertising sales strategies and B2B marketing practices.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), WordPress, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, and email marketing platforms.
  • Familiarity with HTML coding for website updates is preferred.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and analytics platforms to track campaign success.
  • Excellent copywriting skills along with research capabilities to develop compelling content tailored for various audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within budget constraints.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision making in digital environments. Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $54,842.93 - $66,047.40 per year
