Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in digital marketing, content creation, and multichannel campaigns. Duties
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across multiple channels including SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, and print advertising.
- Manage digital campaigns utilizing Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, and marketing automation tools to optimize performance marketing efforts.
- Oversee content marketing initiatives, including copywriting, blog posts, product descriptions, and multimedia content creation using Adobe Creative Suite.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis to inform campaign development.
- Coordinate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales objectives, supporting advertising sales and B2B marketing initiatives.
- Manage website content using WordPress and basic HTML skills to ensure site updates are accurate and engaging.
- Analyze campaign performance through Google Analytics and other analytics tools; prepare reports to measure ROI and inform future strategies.
- Collaborate with product management teams on product launches and promotional activities.
- Budget planning and management for various campaigns while ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
- Lead efforts in e-commerce promotion strategies to enhance online sales channels.
Experience
- Proven experience in digital marketing, including SEO, social media marketing, performance marketing, and multichannel campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of advertising sales strategies and B2B marketing practices.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), WordPress, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, and email marketing platforms.
- Familiarity with HTML coding for website updates is preferred.
- Experience with marketing automation tools and analytics platforms to track campaign success.
- Excellent copywriting skills along with research capabilities to develop compelling content tailored for various audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within budget constraints.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision making in digital environments.
