Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand growth. The ideal candidate will develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across multiple channels, utilizing skills in SEO, digital marketing, content creation, and analytics. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in B2B and e-commerce marketing, capable of managing campaigns that increase engagement, generate leads, and support sales objectives. The Marketing Manager will oversee various marketing activities, including social media marketing, advertising sales, and performance marketing, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Duties
- Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies utilizing multichannel marketing approaches including digital, print advertising, and social media platforms such as Facebook Advertising.
- Manage SEO efforts to improve website visibility and organic search rankings using tools like Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and marketing automation platforms.
- Oversee content marketing initiatives including copywriting for blogs, email campaigns, product descriptions, and promotional materials.
- Coordinate advertising sales efforts and manage advertising campaigns across various media channels.
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite to create compelling visual content for campaigns.
- Manage e-commerce platforms and maintain websites using WordPress, HTML, and related tools to optimize user experience and conversion rates.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, analyze competitors, and gather insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Monitor campaign performance through analytics tools; adjust strategies to maximize ROI and achieve performance marketing goals.
- Collaborate with product management teams to align marketing strategies with product launches and updates.
- Manage budgets for campaigns and allocate resources effectively across channels.
- Lead efforts in B2B marketing initiatives to expand business partnerships and client base.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate campaign success; prepare reports for senior management.
Requirements
- Proven experience in digital marketing roles with expertise in SEO, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, and print advertising.
- Strong knowledge of multichannel marketing strategies including performance marketing and e-commerce platforms.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), WordPress, HTML coding basics, and marketing automation tools.
- Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling messages tailored to target audiences.
- Experience in B2B marketing environments with a focus on product management and sales support.
- Ability to analyze data effectively using analytics tools; interpret results to optimize campaigns.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field preferred; relevant certifications are a plus. Pay: $75,788.73 - $167,186.42 per year
