Company
Birdstop, Inc. is an American drone technology company. Made possible by its recent breakthroughs in regulatory approvals and AI systems, Birdstop drones can operate continuously in a fully automated mode without personnel onsite. Birdstop systems actively serve our nation's critical infrastructure and public safety organizations with rapid response capabilities.
Role
We are hiring our first marketing team member. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who wants to help define how a category-defining company tells its story to the world. You will work directly with the leadership team and closely with sales and product to translate Birdstop’s technology into clear, credible messaging that accelerates adoption with government and enterprise customers. The role will initially lean toward PR, communications, and sales enablement, with broader marketing responsibilities expanding over time.
Candidate
We are seeking an execution-first marketer with a strong bias toward action and experience as one of the first marketing hires at a company. You are highly resourceful and fast, preferring to ship creative solutions yourself rather than wait on additional resources. You are a strong writer with experience across multimedia tools, measure results obsessively, and communicate Birdstop’s story clearly both online and in person. You are not motivated by a traditional corporate ladder - you are motivated by taking bold risks with exceptional people and doing what it takes to pioneer a new industry.

Events
- [1 per quarter] Lead at least 1 major Birdstop 1st party event each quarter.
- [4 per month] Source, attend, and represent Birdstop in at least 4 events put on by partners or 3rd parties relevant to Birdstop objectives.

- [1 per quarter] Lead the creation of at least one bold, high-impact creative initiative per quarter, partnering with external multimedia or creative collaborators as needed.
